So many doctors today feel it is perfectly normal to run late, but having a track record of usually running on time is actually a strong competitive advantage that will result in greater patient satisfaction and loyalty. There are three steps to correcting a practice that always runs late: 1) Analyze the bottlenecks in your current flow; 2) be aware of when your next patient is ready; 3) be flexible with your exam routine.
